Making
a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier -
simply browse through our shop, either by health category or by the product
list, and click 'Buy Now' on any items you wish to buy to add them to
the shopping cart.
You will be asked
for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order and process
payment. We accept all major credit cards. You will then be notified
by e-mail to confirm that we have received and processed your order. If
you prefer not to disclose credit card details over the Internet, we can
accept orders by fax, e-mail and post. (Please see Contacting Us below)

Card Security
We use WorldPay for all our online transactions.
As a WorldPay Guaranteed Site, your transaction is secure and protected
against third party fraud. Additionally, we do not keep Credit Card details
anywhere on our site.

Postage
and Packing
UK delivery
All orders below £30 in value will be charged
at £2.50 postage and packing. Orders greater than £30 in value
are DELIVERED FREE!
Orders
are sent by registered parcel post. If you would prefer a Saturday Delivery,
we will use our best endeavours to ensure that it is delivered on the
next Saturday after the order has been received. Please tick the box on
the order form.
Postage
Abroad
Orders for delivery abroad will be charged at the
cost prevailing at the time, and sent by Royal Mail International.

Deliveries
We will despatch your order as soon
as it has been processed, unless you have requested a Saturday Delivery,
in which case it will be despatched first post on the preceding Friday.
Delivery is usually within three working days of receipt of the order.
International orders will generally be received within 7 days.

Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back
order for you. You will be contacted by e-mail with the option of cancelling
your order if you would prefer not to wait.
